Resveratrol is a powerful naturally occurring antioxidant seen in the skin of red grapes and some other plants like the Japanese Knot Wood plant and peanuts. Resveratrol also spins off the production of reactive oxygen species, which helps in the burning out of cancer cells. It is particularly effective against pancreatic cancer cells which are resistant to chemotherapy. Resveratrol breast cancer helps in stalling the progression of breast cancer at the initial stages itself.
